| production policies and procedures... booking and deposit 10%
of the total production package including photography, videography,
DJ/MC, and other media services make up the "deposit." The
deposit and signed contract are required to reserve an event date.
60% of the photo and video production elements of the package and
the remaining 90% of the DJ/MC and other media services will be paid
out in equal monthly payments, beginng at the production contract and
ending 30 days prior to the wedding. the remaining 30% balance of
the photo and video production elements is due upon final delivery of
related media. cancellations and refundsall
cancellations must be in writing. If the wedding is cancelled,
written notice must be given to Key Event Productions. refund
will be given only if Key Event Productions schedules another production on
the same date. if another production is scheduled, Key Event
Productions will refund one-half of the money paid to that date,
excluding the deposit. if another production is not scheduled, no
refund will be made. |
